Publisher , advertiser or network partners want have one account only under our network. All informations in a registration process is required. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and we are terminating all publishers , advertisers or partners who open multiple accounts under our network. We accepting publishers , advertisers or network partners from all countries , but we are supporting only selected market regions for publisher's trafficking.

All fields in registration form is required for correct registration. Please , fill real and correct informations into registration form. Sometimes we are validating email address with verification email before the first payment processing. Please , enter correct PayPal ID email for removing any problems with payments in future.

Supported ad formats and types

CDXN :direct1 network support all most convertible rich media ad formats. Supported is 728 x 90 Leader Board , 300 x 250 Square Box and 160 x 600 Wide Skyscraper. Our network run on cpm ( cost per mile ) model. General revenue is collected from various ad types. Currently from cpm ( cost per mile ) , cpv ( cost per view ) , cpc ( cost per click ) , cpa ( cost per action ) and cpl ( cost per lead ) ads. All ads is brand safe ads.

Revenue and stats updating

Account and balance statistic are updating every four (4) hours , so , stats are not real-time beacouse it's impossible with our algorithm. Revenue is updated immediately in balance after stats are updated. Our system need five to seven days to optimize best cpm rates and best ads for publisher's website(s). Please , do not remove ad tags before this time if you want have better rates. Cpm , cpa and cpl revenue is not counted into revenue automatically. Revenue including from this type of ads have delay in counting from five to seven days !

	Ads delivered throught our network is absolutely safe. We working only with premium partners and premium advertisers. Ads is free of malware , badware , popups or unwanted redirections. Our ad system generate only lightweight ads.

Revenue payments

We are supporting PayPal payment processor for payments under CDXN network. Minimum limit for payment request is only $5.00 USD. Publisher can request payment on everytime when he reach payment limit. Multiple requests is allowed and publishers can see under account all requested pending and paid payments. Time between payment request and payment processing is up to 72 hours , but yousually we are sending payments to publishers earlier ( in the same day ). Payment request is so easy , just one click to request button.

Website content and display rules

CDXN Interactive network accept all website content excluding : - Adult content - Content that promoting any violence , drugs , alcohol or tobacco - Websites without any content , or websites where is content not updated for a long time Auto refreshing and auto-rotating of website where is our ad tags placed is not alowed. Ad tags must be placed on visible positions. Better positions take a chance for better revenue results for publishers. Hiding of ad tags are prohibited ! Autoclicking and self-clicking on ads is prohibited.

	Combinations with other networks
	CDXN Network ad tags is can be placed with all other networks on the same website page , but ad farms is not accepted ( websites where is no content , only huge amount of ads )
